Puneeth Rajkumar was born on March 17, 1975, in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, to Parvathamma Rajkumar.
Puneeth Rajkumar was a film producer and a well-known Kannada actor Dr. Rajkumar was known for his work predominantly in Kannada cinema as the fifth and the last child of his parents.
His siblings include: his two brothers, Shiva Rajkumar (actor/producer) & Raghvendra Rajkumar (actor/singer/producer) and two sisters, Lakshmi & Poornima.
